Angry Recived letter from Lloyds but

I recived a letter and what looked like a list of all the over charges. The letter says
I refer to your recent request for copied of statments on your account to enable you to reconcile your bank charges. Please find enclosed details of charges going back to the 1st Settember 2001. If there are no charges for a certain period then charging details will not be included.
You may now wish to proceed with clain for reimbursement of charges but if you do feel you need further statments this will take longer to acces our archived data.
Please let me know by returning this letter in attached per-paid envelop and I will order them for you.
Under the terms of the Data Protetion Act, we are allowed up to 40 days to fulfil your request.
The fee of £10 for this service has been taken accordingly.

Copy Statment Unit.
Any advice please

Hi Hartinii simply reply by saying "AS REQUESTED IN EARLIER Data Protection Act REQUEST" Please supply me with my FULL banking history, they are not complying with the DPA you sent by sending you limited amount of charges. Can i ask did they send you statements or was it a list of charges, beware if it is the latter you may have some charges missing.

Default Re: Recived letter from Lloyds but

Hi thank you very much for your reply. I sent the first letter on the 22th Fed. I recived a letter say they have noted my compliant and will be in touch soon.
I phoned a number that was on this board. I was told I could go to the bank site and print out the statments going back five and a half years.
I forgot all my details like user ID and pasword. I got in touch with Lloyds and they said they would send user ID which I recived in the post. I did not have password. I phoned Lloyds again and answered Q they asked but got it wrong so now I have to wait to sign a form and send it back before I can get password.
They sent me 14 pages starting 09/04/2002. The pages are all o/drafts o/draft excess, o/draft intrest unpaid d/d, account charges. I am not very well up on all this. I am in my 60's.
Thank you once again
