Can i use online statements?

I am about to start the process of trying to recover some charges, i have 2 questions

1. I have a sole and joint account with LloydTSB and i want to claim charges back off both, can i do this for both accounts usig 1 process, i.e. 1 set of letters.
2. Can i use the statements online (which are downloadable into excel) as my evidence?

Do bear in mind that lloyds online statements may only go back to July 02, if you want to claim a full 6 years, you will need the earlier statements using the subject access request. (found in the templates section, i believe)

I started just using the online statements, but am now thinking I might as well issue the Subject Access Request and get the earlier amouts as well.

Yes you can use 1 letter for the whole process you must quote both account numbers though.

I've just recived a letter back from Lloyds TSB following my first letter to them. I just wanted to check that if i had to go to court the online statement could be used? Considering they will not have any lloyds headers etc as i have downloaded them into Excel.
