Claiming from Lloyds

Hi, i've just started a claim with Lloyds, I sent them a chq for £10 and a deadline reply of 40 days, i am awaiting their reply, i sent them a letter back in November but never had a reply.Has anybody been unsuccessful with them?

Did you send it recorded? Have they cashed your cheque?
I would give them a chase up on 0117 943 3133.

Hi Barty, i didn't send it recorded,(ouch!) thanks for that number i will give them a ring. How long did it take you? at what stage did they cash your chq? i got many questions, i will be in touch. thank you.

To be honest I can't really remember, it was April last year. I think it took a couple of weeks, but the banks weren't as innundated then with claims as they are now. See what they say when you ring them.
