Talking HELP - Completely confused by who I should ask for what!

Hi, I'm not particularly bright when it comes to things like this so if anyone could give me some more assistance I would be really grateful! I'm not greedy and would like as simple a solution as possible (I know -hardly realistic!). Right if you're sat comfortably I'll begin:

I've got details of the charges from Lloyds TSB and have tallied up the charges alone. First bit done

Now, I am aware that with all these charges the total interest I'm charged will have obviously increased from what it would have been without the charges(if you get my meaning!).

On this Consumer Action Group Website it says do not initially ask for the interest back. On another website (MoneySavingExpert: Consumer Revenge - Credit Cards, Shopping, Bank Charges, Cheap Flights and more) it says to basically calculate the interest at 8%(which is what a court would do) and ask for it straight "off the bat".

My questions are as follows:
1)Am I asking for interest or not?
2)If I am, do I calculate it at the fee + 8% that the Court would supposedly award me?
3)When I finally do get to deciding what I'm asking for, who am I asking? I.E who at Lloyds? What is their address, contact number, shoe size etc?

Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone who is owed money in reclaiming it back

Hi Dom,

No you don't add 8% interest to your claim until you file it at court - stick to the guidelines on this site.

You need to send a Preliminary Approach for Repayment template letter to:

Customer Service Recovery Centre
Lloyds TSB
125 Colmore Row
Birmingham
B3 3SF

Good luck. Lucid
