Unhappy Lloyds sticks the knife in deeper

Having gone through the hell of watching another three charges get sucked out of my account by the vampiristic Lloyds TSB. This meant that there was not enough money left in the account to pay an instalment on a loan I took out three months ago with the said bank. I decided to approach them to defer payment and Guess what the answer was...we're sorry, but there's absolutely nothing we can do!... How many times do we have to listen to this same old bull***t line. Are they legally allowed to refuse a request to defer a payment on a loan less than six months old, please help me somebody, I now harbour dangerous fantasies about bank staff and chainsaws.
Good luck to everybody fighting these inhuman suited company clones.
