hi everyone
i,ve had enough of being shafted by the big boys. i have sent my letter today with my £10 cheque. as advised i will keep you posted and no doubt require advise along the way.

new year new me, no more taking it on the chin its time to fight back.

1st lloyds, then halifax, halifax credit card, marbles credit card.

p.s my friends call me lucky tony because i,m the unluckiest person they know, so there could be some fun and games along the way.

thank you christina. i,ve just been reading the the thread from kassaw. could mean the banks are gonna start fighting back and i,ve missed the boat as usual.

no there is no way the banks can do that, as it means declaring the actual cost of the charges, what it does mean is maybe they'll settle quicker as the judge knows they have no intention of attending court
