| | Platinum Account Customer | Re: Havinastella V Lloyds TSB HEELLLPPPPP,
I just thought of something. Does the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) that we send now specify enough information as to what we require 1. Data Protection Act, Subject Access Request letter - List of charges
Reading the first paragraph before I Issue the Court papers, it seems that I was only requesting 'charges' and not everything held on file about me.
Should I have been more specific in what I required or Does a Subject Access Request automatically mean the Company should send everything?
Many thanks

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Havinastella V Lloyds TSB Good Morning Jogs
Whats the plan? We going for it and posting today?
Its not looking like we are going to be getting the statements unless we do.. so this morning im feeling like i dont have a choice here and im being forced into doing this by Lloyds as they are defo not going to hand over the info i need to start my claim!
Honest im thinking what the hell.. im just gonna stick it in the post in the hope i will get the charges back.. if i dont at least i will get the statements sometime soon. What alternative is there

| | Basic Account Customer | Re: Havinastella V Lloyds TSB Jogs, thats rubbish they are telling you.. i sent my Subject Access Request to the Copy Statements address listed above.
In my letter from Lloyds today they say its correct dept is
DSAR Team
Customer Services
Recovery Centre
Charlton Place C57
Andover
Hampshire
SP10 1RE
Its just another time wasting delay scam from Lloyds, unless they themselves dont actually know what department it is either! Its court all the way for me they have had ample time and im done playing about.
How are you getting on? Did you post your N1? My local court excepts the charges so its down to Lloyds and if they will pay up now.. watch this space

As they have only sent copies of my charges and my LBA requested 'Everything' and as the Information Commissioners Office leaflet sets out that everything held about me should be sent, I don't think Lloyds have a leg to stand on. (HOPEFULLY)
AQ filled in and will be posted tomorrow!
