Quick settlement

Has anyone had a quick settlement from LLoyds TSB or has it taken on average 4months for everyone?

Hi Timmy,

Read through the Lloyds threads and that should give you some idea of how each case is handled and the sort of timescale you will be looking at.

Sent my Data Protection Act in june, filed court claim in august and hearing date is end of feb. will be 8 months in total but thats with a 4 month wait for a court date. Your time limiting factor will probably be how busy your local court is

they are dragging mine out to the very end i think, claiming for £1,624, recieved a letter stating my court date is for february, although SCM wanted an extra month from 7/11/06 to settle and amazingly enough said they wouldnt be available for all of november.. it seems that its all through scm and some are going through quicker than others, check my thread for updates
