Not used this account for about 2 years but recall that they always seemed to treat me like something you don't wanna tread in! . And what do you know works out the owe me plenty!!!!!


Just sent prelim letter requesting £617 charges plus £156.03 interest.


Used template in library, however have read info stating should not ask for interest at this stage... -D'Oh - have done. Should i send an ammended letter or wait till LBA and then ensure correct?


Now waiting 14 days........... TICK TOCK

Hi Jus.
Which interest did you add? If it was the 8% statutory interest then that is only added if and when you submit a claim.

Don't worry about it. LTSB probably won't notice. After you get your fob-off letter you can amend the figure on your LBA.

LBA sent 20/11 - they still not paying up!

Problem is i can't afford to start MCOL yet, anyone know if there is a time limit as to when i should start it?

I don't think there is a time limit, but if it's going be more then a couple of months, you could maybe send a copy of the LBA again, just warning them??
