Talking just an up date

Hi sorry to say i am back just a quick up date
have had court day was 19 oct now been change to 2nd Nov .not all bad news as now going on holiday in october
still no word from the banks i sent my responce to there offer a month ago gave them a week then phoned and asked if they had recieved it
a very nice lady said yes and then hung up (i may have annoyed them )apparently a blunt no deal doesn't go down to well
never mind
any way dont care will up date when i can

Echoing Zedwoo - good luck, keep us informed.

Just out of interest (have to admit I haven't read your thread in a while!), did Lloyds tick the 'require more time to reach settlement' box on their Allocation Questionnaire? If so, you'd be perfectly within the right to contact them by phone and/or letter and persue the settlement further.

sorry about the delay in replying . the court date was changed because i am away then and the plonker at the court didnt read the the bit starting with are there any dates you cannot attend. any way i have been harassing the banks solicitors as suprise lloyds tsb have said i cannot have a breakdown of fees sorry costs or charges or what ever the hell they call them and nor can the courts so there . childish or what .any way must dash need to check my account to see how much they have taken this month
