Default Lloyds Credit card statments

Hi,

on the 1st May 2009, I sent a request to Lloyds to supply me with credit card statements for the past 6 years. They have not sent anything within 40 days. What letter should I send? I Did not send Subject Access Request.

Was the cheque cashed and which address did you use?

There are some templates here for non compliance, but you need to check your house is in order first.

I am not sure if that is the correct address now, but they should not have cashed the cheque if is was the incorrect address.

Send the non compliance letter in the link above.
