Default andmf Vs Lloyds TSB - AGAIN!!!!

After getting 4k returned to me last year I have been made redundant twice and found myself in difficulties - I was quite happily using my Lloyds account until one day they said they were going to charge me £220.00 since I was on benefits (£180 per month) at the time I opened a new account with the NatWest and had my benefits paid there. My account at the time with Lloyds was £50 over my overdraft of £200 now my account stands at minus £1100 and they are threatening to take me to court - it was only when the balance reached this that they decided not to add any more charges

My plan of action is if they do take me to court is issue a counter claim for the charges that have been applied - which in effect would give me a positive balance.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated
