Default have you had a settlement offer from lloyds recently?

Hi
Has anyone had an offer from Lloyds recently in regards to a stayed claim

I ask due to a thread on LB

problem with link so have removed it please see my post lower down

It mentions that

"halifax, lloyds and abbey....seem to be getting offers sent out."

and I was wondering because I would like to see if I can contact them and see if I can get thing moving again on hardship rules

Nothing here, have a stayed claim for one charge..... so thought on a basis of costs of defending they'd at the very least settle low value claims if they had a change in tactics.

Does anyone know of any cases in particular as I'm trying to find out as much info as possible so that together we might be able to come up with a viable strategy to fight the banks and get some of these hardship cases one of which is myself.
If they are contacting enough people without being contacted by the claimants them we may be able to come up with a strategy.

Sorry anyone that has looked at this and tried the link I posted

For some unknown reason it had been change to something other than what i posted

I don't know how or by who but I am not getting p**sed off with whoever is doing this to my links

This is not the 1st time and and its not funny anymore so who ever you are please stop!!
I have reported this to admin!!!

The link was to a thread on legal bagels called ladidi V abbey - settlement offer and describe how by calling them ladidi got a settlement oiffer on hardship grounds so if you want you can go over there and have a read as ladidi's thread on here doesn't have as much detail
