Thumbs down Wits End To Lack Of Response

Stalemate.
I have telephone harassment letters in place, then they write to husband. I resend adding his name.
They don't reply to "our" letters.
Have failed to close an account we wanted closed.
They are not available if i phone them.
They do not acknowledge complains other than a basic letter "we are sorry....will investigate....no further response bull***....."
we have complained to legal bureau re solicitors but takes 30 + days for a response.
What could be my next course of action re bank?
Anybody else I can complain to re Lloyds....????

Thanks,but I have. They say they can't investigate until S.C.A.M have had a chance to correct matters. They don't reply to my letters so that won't happen.
We need a way to get these banks and their solicitors to acknowledge us as their customers to be respected instead of carrots on a stick to be dangled.
