Removing a CCJ - N244 Help!

Hi guys and gals,
I was issued with a CCJ back in 2002 for a debt that I have since paid in full. I am debt free at the moment and have been for a year, but would like to repair my credit record so that I can get a mortgage - eek!

Anyway, I've written to the County Court and gotten all of the details on my judgement, and it was actually filed at an address that I wasn't living at, at the time. So, I'm trying to get it set aside...

I'm trying to fill out the N244 form, and it asks me to fill out questions 5 and 6 which are "Level of Judge" and "Parties to be Served"

Does anyone have any idea what I put as responses to these questions, please?

Bear in mind that this kind of set aside would be down to the discretion of the judge.
