Default Walking Possesion At Old Address
Hi There

On the 2nd of April, I sold my business and assigned a lease to a company for which I am now an employee.

On the 15th July the business address was visited by a high court enforcment officer relating to a debt which was obtained prior to the business being sold, the officer has has taken walking possession of the assets at the address.

Is this walking possession vaild - an assignment of goodwill and assets was made on the 2nd of April when the lease was assigned.

Any help would be much apreciated!
