Default HELP needed; N150 deadline on Monday!
If anyone can advise me, I'd be eternally grateful. 1st Credit are chasing me for a £7K+ debt. I CCA'd them March 2007, and they supplied the goods March 2008! The CA was just an application form though, without T&C.

Ignored it and got a court claim from them.

I submitted a defence. That and the docs they sent me can be viewed here.
1st Credit reply to CCA, 1 year late!

Subsequently received an N150 for transfer to my home town court (their request); Full details are here
1st Credit are definitely taking me to court!

Thing is, I'm struggling to complete the N150 and it has to be back there by Monday!

I want to get it done today and posted tomorrow, and in such a form that won't provoke laughter at the other end.

Could someone have a look at the last link and advise me? Please? I'll email you a pint if you do.

Thanks. Fortunately I got some advice off Creditcardmug on my older thread, and I've sent it off today!
It all became less confusing the more I looked at it and read the threwads on here, and I'm actually pretty confident now.
Let's see what 1st Cred do now!
