Well I'm still waiting for mine they have now 9 days and counting still nothing and hopefully wont be, and from what I can make out it looks like a bad photocopy that they just run off when they want, anyways my point is there is no signature on it nothing, by nothing I mean no creditor signature, your signature, no date, no reference number, no agreement number nothing, so yes it looks to me like it's unenforcable, but see what other people on here say, I think someone with the experience will help you out, but yes write back and tell them they have not complied with your request, it might also be an idea to send a S.A.R to the original creditor and see what happens with them.

Can i have one of those credit agreements please


No Prescribed terms

No term stating the Credit Limit

No term stating the rate of interest

No term stating how the debtor can discharge their obligations IE repayments
