I got a letter back, but they said that they couldn't find a record of my account! This account was closed on 14th June (due to exessive charges) and although I gave them my account number I didn't give them a plan number so I'm starting again.

I'll keep you posted!

Hi guys...I placed my small claims court (NI) claim 2 days ago and received a letter today offering a full refund of charges but only for one of my three accounts!! Also it didnt include interest. Any thoughts? I am thinking I will write back and say thanks, but what about the other two accounts plus interest and say I have filed my claim and unless they settle in full I will proceed. What do you guys reckon?!

Tough one isn't it, but I think I'd write the letter you describe. This is probably their starting position. All they can say is no.....then you still have their original offer to fall back on if you don't want to go through the courts.

Just got a reply from IF following my first request for a refund. I.F. say that a Service Quality Consultant is investigating my complaint and will be in touch shortly.

Should I wait?
