| | Basic Account Customer | Re: And so it begins... well, 8 days since judgement was accepted, in that time i have had a phonecall from hbos saying i claimed for the wrong amount thats why they havent settled. i pointed out that their client supplied the list of charges so how could it be wrong? he agreed then that they would settle and would call me back that day to tell me how i would be paid. that was 5 days ago and nothing since, so i've sent an email saying that if i dont hear by the end of the day i will file for a warrant.
