Cant remember account number

Hi - This may be a stupid question but ...

I used to have an account with intelligent finance but dont have the details anymore. Dya reckon they will give me the details if I write to them providing id? I cant remember the exact dates It was even open!

Yes, give them as much detail about you and the a/c as you can. Name address dob, if you have moved since utility bills from new address, even rough dates of when the a/c was opened/closed. They may require further id.

Just send the ordinary S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) but in place of your account number list your full name, any previous names, and any previous addresses. If you have changed your name or address include ID with your request.

If you write into them with your name and address details they should be able to find you...

Got a reply back - at last - but they refuse to give me a full list of charges or send statements. Theyve given me a summary but I am certain they charged me more. What do I do now?
