So anyway

Claim filed as small claim, as stated in my original post and IF settled the full amount on the 11 September. So far, so good. However IF refunded the £700+ to my account which had previously been frozen as the original debt was transferred to a DCA and now i cannot get access to my money and IF are playing hard to get with the DCA who are also on their case.

I unfortunately already told the court i had been refunded (silly - want do that again untill i have the folding stuff in my hot little hand).

So guess its back to court again - i have given them until today to get the money to me or its off to court in the morning.
