Hi Moonboy,
I am afriad that we did not get to this stage with IF, and I am not that knowledgeable regarding MCOL. BUt I do think that you will now just wait and you will be sent a copy of their defence, you may also have an AQ sent by the court that you should complete and return within 14 days, there are details on the step by step guide on the stickys as to how this should be completed ( although now some courts are not bothering with AQ's)
I do suggest that you read through the Step-By-Step guide anyway so that you understand what the process is etc.
Also many of the IF claims seem to have been settled over the last couple of weeks. I would consider phoning their customer relations department , remind them what stage your claim has got to and see if they wish to settle outside of court.......... you have nothing to lose by asking, maybe they have not noticed this claim enough

Hi Moonboy,

I agree with Babynan. I am suprised to see that someone has got to this stage because if you read back thru the forum, it has not happend to often with IF.
Definately give them a call and ask them what is going on, my experiences with the staff at IF are generally only good.

Hi again, I'm after £1500 and some change. I didn't think you could use MCOL for PO boxes or scottish addresses? Well good luck and let me know how you get on!!!
