Liverpool Victoria Insurance

Ridiculous mentality in their cover

almost two weeks ago I got my bag snatched. the contents included my mobile phone, house keys, important documents, £210 to pay bills and £85 to put into deposit box, bank cards etc. This insurance co has not phoned me back, have been very unhelpful and trying hard not to pay me
