the problem we have is now.
applied for barclaycard on October 20th, was granted the visa credit card with credit limit of 1250 GBP, while applying checked the boxes for payment protection and
card protection [inc. identity protection] services, which are usually carried out by barclaycard cooperatives.
the latter one, IDENTITY PROTECTION PLAN (which says 0870 128 0305 phone number) and being carried out by some random here their address
https://www.nowbuyonline.co.uk/id2002/cpp/index.html company. i've been to barclay's to cancel my protection offers (soon after i got my card) and got confirmation, i didn't have any protection plan on.
today, i got my statement and it reads in my account.
- ID protection, 0845 121 5080 - charge of 59.99
- Card Protection, 0870 128 0305 - charge of 50.00
- Payment protection Plan - charge of 4.94
i wouldn't need anyone of them, i wanted to call the companies to ask them cancellation, couldn't do it, they put you on-hold, no result.
how would i deal this issue, i would really need to get my plans cancelled and money back into my credit card.
