any one else rung the morethan renawal line?

i did on 3 separate times yesterday, everytime it was answered by a foreign sounding person, at least they were very hard to understand. is their call centre in india? they all sounded indian, but luckily they asked for my number and called me back as i spent so long asking them to repeat theirselves due to their poor english and then speaking too quiety. they were nice and friendly but everything was such hard work, they got the numbers and letters i gave them wrong and i kept having to repeat them. what should have been a 10 minute conversation ended up being over 20 minutes and it still hadn't finished i just ran out of time and phone battery.

i ended up going elsewhere, even though they were more expensive, just because they spoke english!

morethan are nice and cheap but the call centre experience is very poor, can we have people that speak english next time please!

Yes, More Than (Royal Sun Alliance) is based in mumbai (India)
I regularly get calls from "Paul/John/Steve the 'customer service manager' " asking for verbal proof of no claims discount and its always interesting trying to do data protection checks with them, especially with polish customers cos they can never pronounce the names!
