Default Has anyone had claims settled recently ?

We had a spate of claims being settled at the end of April... MondeoST24, Monkey Uk, Vix2000, molly in the trolley etc... Have any been settled in the last month ?

We seem to have a lot of claims coming up in the next few weeks (possible that were empowered by everyone elses success) where they have acknowledged the claim, but I don't seem to be seeing any successful conclusions...

Was just starting to get a little concerned that they might actually decide to defend one of these... Much as I wouldn't mind going to court I'd much prefer not to !

Got settlement letter through today...

Dingey
I have also noticed that there are not many people posting that they are paying out.
Can you confirm that your case was settled today then or was it an offer of part of your claim.
I am waiting till the 5/06/06 to send my LBA. knowing my luck they will defend one before then and win,
If it was not for BAD LUCK i would have not luck at all.

I got settlement in full £620 approx 2 weeks ago.

The solicitors letter comes with a confidentiality clause in it, perhaps that is what is putting people off posting.

I did post my sucess!!

I, and a few others, have scored out that quote in the offer letter. Got letter yesterday from DG confirming they would be settling regardless of that...

Fully settled (Well money still not in bank yet but...) and no confidentiality agreement...

Guys, great news on the settlements, but can you stick toy our own thread's please!

Also, don't foget to take the survey if you have had charges returned (refunded) - link at the top of the forum.

Also, while you're there, why not consider donating 5% of your "windfall"? Again, the button is near the top of the forum.
