Filed my claim on Monday, had a full offer on Saturday (nearly 2k), despite forgetting to put my account number, and despite calculating the interest incorrectly.

I addressed all letters to the Manager, my branch, regardless of who wrote back to me. I figured they could sort that bit out.
I mean I filed my claim on Moneyclaim on Monday. I had had the standard response back to the LBA and since it said that was their final response I filed my claim straight away (5 days after the LBA).
