Complicated - Charges caused a Mortgage Default

All,

Looking for some words to pen to a letter.
I have an ongoing 'battle' with HSBC for charges etc, now this is at a late stage and just got an offer (rejected). Ideally I want a full offer and also an admission that if they had not taken charges over the last x years, then my mortgage default (now ok) from approx 2 years ago would not have happened.

Can anyone think of a way of asking post-charge 'win' for them to write a letter stating this to my mortgage providor so as to have the mortgage default removed from my credit file with experian etc........???

on the blue strip line - above starting with user cp on the left - search is half way across - i put in mortgage default and came up with this one - it's a start - see where you go from there, querky. good luck
