Paid in FULL

Hi all,

About three weeks ago i went through the process of trying to claim back my charges over the last six years. I'm 22 years old so these charges were going back to when i started work at 16 to the present. Today i recieved a letter offering the full amount to the sum of £1275.00. I am glad that this is now over and wish everyone else who goes through this the very best of luck. It is worth it.

Just out of interest, what stage did you actually get to in your dealings with HSBC? Im currently about to post my LBA and wondering if they'll actually be daft enough go to court (kinda hope so!)

i just sent in one of the letters from another forum with all my bank details and the amount. This was the first reply, so instant success.

hi all,
i'm now moving onto my HSBC credit card and was wondering if anyone can give me an answer to this question. CAN I CLAIM BACK THE INTEREST CHARGED ON THE CREDIT CARD TOTAL AMOUNT OVER THE ENTIRE TERM OR IS THIS NON-RECLAIMABLE?

it's just a hsbc credit mastercard.

I sent the letter to hsbc in canada square, london
