bob2sea Basic Account Customer Watch out, there are Claims Touts about! Challenge your credit file? Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 4	What letter to send next? I wrote to HSBC with my preliminary letter asking for my money and they responded saying they are looking into it. The 14 days is up so i went to send the next letter but the opening line says "I'm dissapointed that you have not responded to my letter.....". Obviously they have responded so is it just a case of altering the opening line?
