Default I've Done Something Wrong!

All,

I only heard of this site and signed up recently, before hand I had tried to get my charges back from the HSBC. I had all my statements for the past 6years sent to me, i itemised charges and sent them back. I received a letter back saying that charges will stand, unfortunately the next step i did was to send a letter regarding it to the financial ombudsman.

What is likely to happen next?!!?

don't worry, the letter you have received is just standard nonsense designed to do exactly what it's done to you - make you question yourself!! take no notice and carry on with the next step.

btw, you didn't send them back your statements did you? i hope you listed them all neatly on a spreadsheet!

anyway read through the step by step guidelines and faq's, plenty of people's threads and get a feel for what's likely to happen next ok

Im not to sure of the top of my head the dates, do you think it would be stupid just to start from scratch and request my statements again? My statements should be around here somewhere?!

Remember that if you have online access to your account - click statements on the right hand side and you can view and print 6 years of statements for free.

you could just view but it is going to be a whole lot easier to highlight any charges when they are in front of you - also, IF ever you needed to get a court bundle together, the statements would be part of it.

bluenoze eh... now would that be bcfc or cfc i wonder???
