| | Site Team | Re: Putting 2 claims together on MCOL Yes you can combine the claims. You will struggle to fit the words on MCOL. As an aside I do not like MCOL, much easier to file the traditional way, i.e. using the N1 form in the post, you can use as many words as you like and attach your schedule of charges with the N1.
Does the £4,490 include interest? You just need to be mindful of the potential for allocation to the Fast Track (and the related costs exposure) if your claim is >£5K.

Any help appreciated! Succesful claims NatWest settled 1st letter £4678 Barclays £336 2nd letter Monumnet LBA sent 12-02-07 | Ok you can combine them as long as you are the sole signatory on the joint account.

don't discount the idea until we get this clarified.
and also, i believe claims just over the 5K limit have been put in the small claims track | Thats what i thought yes only one signature is required on the account, the claim is for £4200 and with interest maybe a little over £5k but as long as it is nelwo £5K before interest i think i should be fine?
Wish theyd have settled as quick as NatWest 12 days £4.5k
