Hey netty

Where can I see when my claim was deemed served? The mcol website shows the issue date. Im guessing the served date is on the paperwork sent from DG? Anyway, not long now :P

hi rundll
yeah on page two of the 'acknowl' papers it will tell you the date that it was deemed served - we are on the same timescale aren't we so take lattie's advice above and press away on the 17/18th just in case.

you know i've been pressing that button ever since it turned to acknowledged status hahaha - well u never know if the system's crashed do you???

Not, in fact, one from the HSBC then?

Netty, when you get it, if you are going to save it then NS&I have some really good accounts with some very competitive interest rates - National Savings & Investments - The safest home for your money - if you've no intentions of saving it, then can I recommend the Nicolas Feuillatte Cuvee Speciale Vintage 1999 or 2000 champagne - only about £20 a bottle if you buy a case from tesco.com

Not to encourage spending and alcoholism...!
