Default Falconer V HSBC Master Card
Sent credit card letter on 20th November Only claiming £40.00 HSBC has replyed with a weired letter all about the default and not about the charges, can't send declaine letter not enough to take to court really any suggestions. Many Thanks

sounds like some sort of confusion.... send another letter outlining what you require, and that the last reply didn't solve your problem....

or try a phone call for this small amount.

Of course, if you are not wanting to go to court for this amount then be prepared to get nothing as often they will not pay out untill action is taken.
