On 16th may received a letter from HSBC offering me £117 to settle out of court. obviously they admitted to nothing, but said it was due to the costs of court.
I replied immediately with a letter stating claim numbers of 6 claims that had been fully successful and told them that you can't settle with one customer and not another.
Today I have received another letter offering me £265 which is my claim amount and interest and court fees. I am going to accept this and am really pleased.
