Charges on Current Account

I have sent LBA letter about a fornight ago and have yet to hear anything from them.
I told them how much they owed me but they say that they hve yet to deal with it and that it is being looked into. I have done the same witht he co-op bank.
What is my next step?

I sent a letter to the HSBC and CO-op Bank a fornight ago in which I told them that they were contrivening the law on charges and told them that they had 2 weeks to respond back. The Co-op have responded back saying that they are looking into the matter but as for HSBC they have received the letter but not actioned it. In the letter I said to both that I would give them 14 days to come to an agreement. As of yet I have not receive anything back.

Is there a letter to say that I will give them a further 7/14 days to repsond back or do I go straight to the courts for action.

Is there also an interest calculator on line to determine what charges plus the interest so I can start calculating the amount of money owed back to me.
