| | Basic Account Customer | Cherry v HSBC Hi, I just thought I would post how I am doing with HSBC.
I sent out the first letter on 24th September, requesting charges list - they sent me back 6 years of statements...so sat down for an hour and went through them all...totalled £2393, so then I sent a letter asking them to refund - had the bog standard reply...so wrote to Mr Beaumont at Leeds.....no reply.....rang twice...no reply.....then HSBC rang me today about a direct debit that didn't go - they charged me £60 for ! He was a complete a**e, got really shirty with me about the charges thing....so when I put the phone down, felt cr*p, cried a bit - then went online and filed a claim through MCOL....now I feel loads better !
My last letter to Mr Beaumont was dated 4th October, so I think I gave them plenty of time to contact me - but they didn't, and the guy tonight just peed me off so much !
So now it's a just a waiting game.... |

| | Classic Account Customer | Re: Cherry v HSBC good for you.
if they try calling you again just refuse to answer security questions and tell them u would rather they keep all communications in writing. Just isnt right that they can harrass u in ur own home and make u cry.
still..it spurred u onto mcol so that can only be a good thing! chin up, wont be too long now |

I think MCOL will only let you press the judegement button after 28 days anyway so if you try and press it too early it won't work. try it tomorrow and see what happens! |
