As written-up in my main thread I got the bank statements without problem, but had to go back and prompt them for the Credit Card statements. I've had a few CC statements, gone past the agreed time, and last week posted the 'you have failed to fullfill my data request - you have 7 days more' letter. That time is up next week (I figure they got my letter on Monday of this week). The trouble is the next step seems to be a claim for my 'losses or extra costs' due to their failure to give me my data. The reason I want this information is to give a single claim for all the money they took off me (1 set of costs), but the only problem in not getting the information is the delay in claiming the stuff I do know about (£400ish plus interest) from my current account charges. Am I busy shooting myself in the foot here? I want to get started aiming towards the 'putting in claim' point, but seem to be stuck. Anyone who want to read my story so far, your help and advice would be appreciated. TaylorMade v HSBC
