LBA off today..can I add on charges taken out yesterday

Hi all, been 14 days since HSBC received my original letter. So no response, so LBA about to go off. I am going to add on £25 that was deducted from my account yesterday and mention it in the letter, is this OK? Also I will include original letter and the updated list of charges
I also have received 6 years of statements from a closed account so now put them on the spread sheet. I was thinking of sending the initial letter for this one to another person in HSBC just to confuse them, maybe they won't spot it's a second claim...well you never know. Nice to read that some people are having some luck, well done.

yes - you can keep adding charges on up to the time you issue your claim.
