Default Letter to DG having had case stayed

Hi guys

I'm sorry if this has been pointed to before, but I can't find one....was just wondering whether we had a template letter to be sent to DG after case has been stayed - like a final nudge mentioning the interest that will be accrued whilst the test case is pursued, and also asking that charges and interest on the account is frozen for the period of the stay?

Also, as I am not paying anything into this account anymore, I have accrued over £200 worth more charges between the date I filed my claim and the date the stay was granted. Will I be able to amend my claim before stay is listed or should I start a new claim?

Any help much appreciated

this is the letter that I sent with my copy of the stay to be set asdie, my own view is, I am sending no more nudge letters, it has gone way beyond that stage..............
