Default Fantastic Website, great advice
Just a quick note to say thanks for setting this site up. I have had many a run in with First Direct over the years about their charges. I always suspected they were dubious, as I have some small level of knoweldge about contract law from work. Now I know for sure!

I have paid my £10.00 for a list of charges over the past 6 years. I have been a good customer who occassionaly gets it wrong, as I have a life and cannot monitor the chances of going £1.83 (or whatever) over my limit every month. I am looking forward to clawing this money back.


Having read the FAQ's and as many posts here as my working day will allow, I feel confident of getting a result. Good also to see posts from people that have had success. I will let you know how I get on.
