continue or start from scratch?

hi

i asked hsbc for my statements in december, following the advice on moneyexpert.com, wrote back in january,asking for my charges plus interest, and sent my second letter in mid may stating, i' d sue by 22.5.7, if they didn't reply.
hsbc didn't reply.
i haven't set up a parachute account and in between times there were a couple of cases thrown out by the courts and i came to this site for advice...i read the faq's and although i was all set to fill in my moneyclaim, i nipped down to my county court and got a couple of n1's instead ( 1 spare in case, i filled the first one in incorrectly) as the advice at the time,on this site, was not to follow the moneyclaim route.
Due to one thing and another i haven't done anything since and have fallen back into the trap of being overdrawn and getting hit with a £125 charge when i can least afford it,which means i get hit, with the same charge, the next month, etc...
Hopefully, you may be able to advise as to whether, i should start from scratch, as my attempt to reclaim, up to now, has failed to follow a large amount - if any, of the advice posted in the faq's - or should i recalculate the interest, to the date i fill in the n1, and press on?

You should send them another LBA with an updated schedule of charges only this time when the time runs out for them to reply continue.

Letter Before Action, not being funny here but maybe it would be best if you read the FAQ's so you can familiarise yourself with the process required to claim back your charges so as to avoid making any mistakes.

and dont include the 8% statutory interest at this stage (the MSE site advises this but it is only claimable when you come to file at the court)

Hiya sixtten, did you get all of your bank statements, do you know what you have been charged in the last 6 years or if your brave before that too

, have you got a schedule of charges for your claim ?
