Default airtours dirty accomadation

my husband booked a holiday for us at christmas this year, he took me too austria, lovely place but upon arrival at the airport we met the rep, he told us what bus to get and where like they do we went to the bus and the driver didnt have anything down for us and another couple we stood there feeling somewhat embarassed as everyone was boarding and were still stood there so the driver went to the rep and he came back and said get on so we gave him our suitcases and we got on the bus along with the other couple, we got to the town to be told there was a taxi waiting for us to take us to our accomadation, well we thought we had to pay for it no we didnt, so the other couple was complaining as well we all thought we were in the town off we went we thought we were never getting there, oh my when we seen it over 3k aways it looked like a shack, the rep a lady now she took us to the front door and knocked and a dirty scruffy woman opened the door the rep spoke to her and said your expecting 2 couples arnt you she looked amazed, so we went in omg there wsere empy bottles all over padded ****s on the floor dirt etc so off we went to our room we paid for private facilities bathrom/shower etc well we was taken to an attick type room where the damp and wet wall took photos sink in our room was rusty colour black rust photos taken,
toilet shower outside our room, cut along story short we took photos of all the cobwebs dirt mauldy wals the lot, we complained to reps and we said we just wanted to go home he said he could move us bit it would cost 500 euros, it appeared to us all that were we were book ed into had over booked and this to us seem like a favour, as the lady worked at the skiing office along with the head rep, we walked into soll town everyday, and back we didnt expect to pay for taxis which we did there was no shops restrunts cafes etc where we were just feilds.
so we went through the procedure got reports and sent everything off after the long process they offered us £82 ponds off our next holiday
so now my husband has filed a small claims they have untill 30th may will keep u updated thankyou
