It's like a google, just for airline tickets, not an actual airline company. It just compares all other airline companies.

does anyone know if there is a forum for advice on if your holiday company have not taken your complaint seriously how you would go about taking it to court for loss of enjoyment? it was my honeymoon on a cruise and we had serious problems. could you pse point me to the forum who could help with some legal advice

I suggest you go to the site in post one of this thread because they are holiday consumer specialists and they know the travel industry really well etc.. they'll be able to help/advise you of how to deal with your issues etc..
