We booked a holiday to Crete on 2-1-08 with Travel Republic , we paid our deposit for this holiday ,we had booked a 4* plus hotel however when the invoices were down loaded it was evident that the flight tickets and transfers money had been paid in full and only the hotel had a deposit on it for the remaining balance to be paid and only when we attempted to pay that balance we were informend that Travel Republic had made a mistake with the booking price and now allowcating us an inferior hotel with critical write ups, they said if we wanted the hotel of our choice we could pay more money for it, we have disputed this, but Travel Republic are not prepared to honour our contract as laid out in all the invoices that we received from them. and also refuse a full refund for their mistake . coments would be appreciated. You need to see a copy of their terms and conditions. This will enable you to see whether there is any clause that says they have a right to change any terms of your contract with them. I f they refuse to send you a copy of their T&C. Send them a Subject Access Request
(Subject Access Request ) that should do the trick. Adjust this to your requirements.
