Default easyjet cancelled flights to Istanbul!!!

Hi, Im just wondering if someone gives me advise cos I have got an e-mail about cancelation to Istanbul from easyjet last night and am bit confused.

From their mail..................... ...............
Please find below the details of your itinerary.

Flight details:

Flight Date Flight No. Dept. Airport Arriv. Airport Dept. Time
Arriv. Time

> Tuesday 4 July, flight 2383: London Luton to Istanbul; departs 22:25;
arrives 04:25 CANCELLED

We are offering you the following options:

RE-ROUTE WITH AN ALTERNATIVE CARRIER

If you choose to re-route with another carrier (under comparable transport
conditions, i.e. low-cost airline),
we will reimburse the cost of your ticket less the amount refunded.
To obtain this reimbursement, please write to easyJet enclosing your
receipts at the following address:

easyJet Customer Services
easyJet Airline Company Ltd
London Luton Airport
Luton LU2 9LS
United Kingdom

Or

A FULL REFUND

Should you decide not to travel, we will refund the fare paid for the
journey not made
(and for the journey made where the flight no longer serves the purpose of
the original travel plan).
The refund will include all taxes, charges and credit card fees paid to
easyJet at the time of booking.
To claim a refund, please call our customer services department on the
relevant number below:
......................... ....

I booked a return flight to Istanbul in March, depature date is 4 July and return date is 14 July. Since I booked it I haven't got any e-mail and had no suspicion but just last night I realised that easyjet had no proper agreement with Turkish government thanks to easyjet's email.
I have no interests in which ones fault but just want to go to Turkey without paying extra cost which might be inpossible... I really looked forward to going there and have already booked accomodations and tours for 2weeks and bought some books about Turkey .

My questions are....
1; What does "less the amount refunded" mean? Will they give me back the only same amount of money which I paid for the easyjet flight even I buy ticket that costs more to re-route with another carrier? (I bought it for around 100pounds but BA and Turkish one costs at least 200pounds)
2; Why did't they tell anything about the flight from Istanbul to London in the email? Does it mean they have canceled only a flight to Isanbul from London but still holding an another flight from Istanbul to London cos they are still negotiating with Turkish government? So do I have to buy a single ticket to Istanbul? (Do I have to wait and I will have to buy another ticket from Istanbul to London when they will send me an another cancelation mail prob exactlly14days before depature to avoid paying compensation or I can come back to London by easyjet if they will have an agreement with Turkish government...Gosh!)
3; Why there are no infomation about this on easyjet website? Do you know if there is any on it?
4; Is there any low-cost airline which has service to Istanbul from London?
5; Do you think I can get Compensation? They says I can't cos they announced it within 14days(exactlly 14day ) and also they think they meet Rights under EC Regulation No 261/2004.
http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?ca...90&pageid=4408

As long as I can go to Turkey without paying extra cost(or paying bit) with any carrier(I dont mind the change of date and carrier), I would be happy with it. So I want to buy a ticket of BA or Turkish one but just wondering if easyjet will give me an compensation or pay me the cost which over the original easyjet flight fare.

Sorry for my terrible english, Im not English native speaker...
Hope someone will answer for me, even not for all questions. Think your answer will help others cos easyjet is sending cancelatinon mail to customers whose depature is before exactlly 14days.(I guess tonight they will send people have a ticket, depature date is 5 July) Thank you for your time!
