Default just getting started
I have just joined after watching the item about bank charges on tv.Because Im new at this I would appreciate any advice on the basics of the process and how to start my own actions with my bank.I am a current a/c holder with HSBC .

The first thing you need to do is to have a good read through the FAQs - there is a step-by-step guide and lots of other important information. Also browse round the forums to see how people are getting on with their claims.

The best [place to start is the FAQs. There is a step by step guide there too.

You need to spend 2 or 3 days raeding the libary templates and other peoples threads and absorbing as much as you can. There's quite a lot to take in.

Then if you've any qustions, just ask. Good Luck.
