| | Basic Account Customer | Hennie V Marbles Hi everyone
I calculated that marbles have charged me £150 in late fees / overlimit fees over the last 4 years since I opened by account. I sent them the letter in the library requesting the money back and received a letter in reply today saying that they think the charges are fair and reasonable and that they're not prepared to refund. Pretty standard I presume.
So now I need to move to the next stage. Is this the point where I have to fill in the small claims form on the moneygov site? And also at this points can I claim the 8% interest charges on top?
Thanks |
