Default Hfc's Lawyers ( Dg Solictors)have Bungled The Case

story so far.

I have three account with HFC ( 2 Settled and 1 still active). The 2 settled account in the last 5 years have had penalty charges up to the sum of 500.00 applied and i have been very careful with the active account not miss any payments thus i have not recieved any charges

I filed a case against the Bank in regards to the charges applied to the two settled accounts and have just recived the bank's defense.

One thing that amazes is the fact the HFC's lawyers( dg solictors) have bungled the case by making a defence case on the active account which has no penalty charges and ignoring the 2 other accounts and somehow have not been supplied by their client (HFC BANK) the details of the 2 settled account where the charges were applied

Please advise
